It depends on scope and — candidly — on how quickly content and approvals come back from your side, which is usually the longest pole in the tent. You get a realistic date with your quote rather than an optimistic one, and if something slips you hear about it when it slips, not at the deadline.

Once you select a plan or complete checkout, you will go through our simple 3-step online onboarding intake — providing your brand assets, business info, domain access, and automation preferences. If you don’t have finished copy or brand assets yet, we can guide you through it.

Yes. We’re based in BC and work in Pacific Time, but the work is remote and the timezone rarely matters in practice. Most of a project runs on shared documents and scheduled calls.

You tell us, and we change it. Revision rounds are agreed up front and written into the quote, so nobody is surprised by what’s included. If a direction isn’t working we would much rather find out at the first draft than the week before launch.

Usually you, because you know your business better than we ever will. We tell you exactly what we need and roughly how long each piece should be, so you’re never staring at a blank page. If you’d rather not write it at all, raise it during scoping and we’ll price it in.

Yes, and it isn’t an upsell. Every site we build is designed for small screens from the start and tested at real viewport sizes before it ships. More than half your visitors will arrive on a phone; a site that only looks right on a laptop is a broken site.

Yes. On final payment you own the deliverables we made specifically for you — the design, the pages, the copy, the configuration. We keep our own pre-existing tools and libraries, and you get a permanent licence to use those as part of your delivered site.

Defects or bugs in our original deliverable are fixed free of charge within 30 days of launch. If you are on one of our monthly Managed Hosting, Maintenance, or Automation retainers, ongoing system monitoring, updates, and maintenance are fully included.

No. We can hand the finished site over and you can host it wherever you like. Hosting with us means updates, monitoring, and backups are handled so you never think about them — but it’s an option, not a condition of the build.

That depends on what you want to change, and we agree it during scoping. Text and images can be made editable without anyone touching code. Structural changes are usually cheaper and safer coming back to us. Tell us up front how hands-on you want to be — it genuinely changes how we build the thing.

We build the technical groundwork properly: fast pages, clean markup, correct metadata, a sitemap, and nothing accidentally blocking search engines. That part is in our control. Where you actually rank also depends on your content, your competitors, and time — anyone promising you the top spot is guessing.

All billing is handled securely through Stripe in CAD. Depending on your chosen service, payments are processed upfront for one-time builds, or on a recurring monthly schedule for retainers and packages. You can manage or update your payment details anytime via your client dashboard.

Either of us can end a project with 14 days’ written notice. You pay for work completed and costs already committed up to that point, and we hand over what has been done. There is no penalty clause.

Yes — automation is a core half of what we do. We build custom automated lead triage, instant social media DM response systems, direct meeting scheduling, database synchronization, and automated client notifications that run around the clock.

Once you sign up, you’ll receive access to your client dashboard where you can complete your onboarding intake checklist, view project status, and manage your billing settings or plan upgrades directly through our secure billing portal.

We’d like to, and we’ll ask. Tell us not to and we won’t — before or after launch. We never publish a testimonial you didn’t give us, or figures you asked us to keep private.
